Idk where to post this but help please

    my phone has a problem... it wont charge when its turned on.. even not being detected by computer

    But when i tried charging it turned off... its normally charging...

    IDK whats the problem and i did factory reset too but still the same....

    now i need to explore toram again lol

    I think it's ur bat or maybe the charger idk and didn't u make ur account setting?

    It could be the port, after long use the port to the charger could be damaged cause a long term use. If you still are under warranty or have insurance, I would contact either and see what the problem is.

    hmm i see... i already thought of that but that wuould be my last resort... i dont want to be parted with my device for more than 1 day lol...

    Well, if that's the case you could try different chargers, just because your friends didn't work you could try a newly bought one. If that doesn't work then you truly need to get in contact with your phone provider and tell them what's going on, I really hope you have insurance and not have to spend a bunch just to get a new phone.

    If this is an iPhone it is your charger, they decide to stop working whenever they please even when they seem perfectly fine.

    Anyways, clean out your port, use a qtip or a dry lint cloth, if this doesn't work it may be loose and need to be replace. Amazon usually will have a kit to repair it.

    i cleaned it awhile ago and did a factory reset.. its charging again yes... but consistently stopping and having a hard time making it charge when its on....

    Then the port might need to be replace, lucky it's a android and can be replaced easily and not an iPhone where you would of been fucked.
