Impossible reporting to Pino after killing minotaur

    My character is KIRIMO and my currently quest is the first magic stone, where I killed the Minotaur after the gem was stolen.
    Now my quest results: Defeat "minotaur" in Rioned Temple. 0/1, Report To Pino
    Description: You managed to seal Monitaur again.
    Let's report to Pino about Premiere Gem.
    But when I try to report to Pino, Pino doesn't know me and I cannot kill again the Minotaur. I saw that I was killed in the same moment that NPC killed the Minotaur.
    Help me

    have u tried reloading ur game? it might be a glitch? when u defeated mino, did the quest screen pop up and said u've completed the quest?

    I reloaded, uninstalled, installed newly, cleaned all data, but nothing.
    I remember the pop up where I competed the quest, but I didn't receive any drop. today U had the possibility to kill minotaur again , and so I solved.
    and today I completed Mission.
