Is HB even useful anymore

Waooow 81% is high, u need not maikyo. But im sure u use many crit rate gears or xtall or personal crit stat, or on avatar.
Without them all we can get only crit:
Base 25
Crit up 5
Crit spear 5
=35 crit. + meikyo 40= 75 crit..
We need only found 25 crit rest to 100% crit on normal atk. DT needs not crit from anywhere cause it has 75 crit + 25 from base that.s enough to make it always crit.

 

Bosses with crit resist are around now and more possibly incoming so more crit would help ;-;

 

Actually 81% is low. It will crit less than you expect.
Halberd can use many dps skills now bcs of pray update.
Gat knife and DT for range dmg.
Sstab for melee.

Even p ray then spikedart - sneak save - sstab deal a good amount of dmg for short combo.

 

P. Ray can't be used to start combos
But you can do
Reflex>(400 mp save)>skill(cons)>Pray(swift or smite)>impact (cons)>dt (smite)>finale for one mp

Mine is arrow halb built and I use cimera arrow maybe that why and after that I use gesp hood with his xtal the critic is like 96% or 91% my ava have +6 critic also.
I like arrow build but since there is new update for dagger is it good to switch towards dagger?!?

 

I heard gattling dagger can make tons of dps just like some Tier 4 skills

 

no no you got it wrong. "p ray then" means p ray use separately.

 

well i can deal 24k x16 (384k, its 192k if amazing throw do not proc) easily in CG mini boss. so yeah, thats rock!
the animation is the only downside imo, kinda slow.

 

Which dagger is best?can suggest me any good dagger halb build or just ur combos bc Imma kinda sucks in combos XD Thanks for help

I use storm dagger or whatever the dagger is called from forestia
Another alternative is odd dagger

I use these two combos
Both 1mp cost only
Throwing knife is for the 12m range

That way you can control dt a bit more or soam warcry at bosses that inflict fear if you're above 12m away

 

I change dagger depend on needs. But antique knife has highest dmg (100atk). *check again to make sure okay, im too lazy*

DT needs not p.ray or any crit boost. It has crit +75 n we have 25 from base, so it always crit. P.ray is too long cast too, be better use any faster motion skill ^_~

It isn't fun doing a non crit DT at ornlarf or the future bosses

And its magic prorat too so it helps a bit in raising damage

But besides that mostly it was just an example

 

Yes,, using ray before stab is great, not only bosst crit for stab but also doin magic proration so nex physical dmg will be better

 

bassicly all class was good but what make worst is team work. all class have own role get stick with it.

 

also crit is not everything now as most bosses have insane dodge now. yes you will hit but its just gonna be puny damage with graze. the game is slowly showing us the importance of balancing your characters. one trick pony builds are getting outdated now.
