Is it possible to create Halberd Fu? I think it's possible

Well, duh.
At the very start when Halberd been confirm by Asobimo that this class using spear. I am very excited but afterward trying using this class with my lv.70 it kinda disappointing. Why? because the stability damage is low, to many delay pose unlike sword user, swinging the sword interval is nice.

So i got my own idea creating Halberd fuse with Brawler...Lol that funny, some of people thought that kind of class will be mess up. No dude, this very astonishing why? Can you imagine there is SHAOLIN CLASS in toram, but that Spear (i know that but what make it different? only name). I did really abandoned the spear skill and go to brawler skill...what about the stat? AGI? no i use STR despite using AGI, DEX is useless? not really but the damage stability is still low.

Asobimo stat recommendation said that must use EQUIPMENT, indeed is useful, but how with newcomer that didn't know how to provide their money? SKill indeed useful but it depend on what skill that you use anyway. Damage Master spear needed? yes it needed, how you attack monster if you just use spear without mastering that ability. Like playing basketball but didn't understand the rule play..hahahha

U can't equip knuckles with spear

 

yup it is true, but if you use the knuckle what the difference? damage? no.. the same condition with staff..

from my perspective this can help you to "TWEAK" animation, if using skill without equipment the delay is really far, if equip with equipment it need delay like show first the weapon that kind of lame.

For example :
1. Magic User (Staff & MD) when invoke the magic it need delay (need pose first, and it lame)
2. No Staff or MD when invoke magic it just show your hand and boom...

the difference in timing faster to a player that not using equipment. But indeed the damage reduced, but if you need fast like killing the boss that kind of delay will annoy you so much, except to player that have GUARD RATE higher.

 

the damage and crit rate of knuckle skills when equipped with a knuckle sub increases by a lot, and also the proc rate of tumble, flinch...

 

yes that one is the pros when using equipment

 

But well, SHAOLIN not use knuckle to punch their enemy right? just kick and punch barehand.. Well it is up to you anyway. It help me to overwhelmed my halberd char.

 

imo, spear fu will not be a good build.. (thats my opinion anyways)
without knuckle as sub,
i) knuckle skill's intrupts [flinch/tumble/stun] wont happen very often
ii) heavysmash wont hit too hard
iii) triple kick won't crit too often
iv) dmg (done by knuckle skills) will be low

Yes indeed if fighting without weapon would be kind of useless, but if using STR it indeed helpful despite using AGI (i tried it too any way) well the effect such like flinch/tumble/stun it very rare maybe never happen. I like to use Back kick to make the enemy stop

 

i am really curious on what kind of build (good/bad), it will be !!

Imo, when gun fu was introduced, only a selected few knew anything about builds/etc

atm, i think there are many wise players who know about builds/etc.. so, if this build becomes cancerous.. i think, there will be people to stop it ^^
