is RAMPAGE worth?

most of the guides here doesn't mention the Rampage skill, is it that bad?

 

It's pretty situational for DW.
It's a high MP investment that cannot be lowered unless using Impact so only DW can make any use of it. Plus it's really hard to maintain, as any aliment will knock you out of the buff. It's not all bad though: the AMPR and the damage increase too autos are very well welcome.

In my weird head "worth it" and "can make it work" sometimes means 2 diff things. o3o

Worth it, means it a good and practical skill that doesn't need much adapting to.

Can make it work, means you'd usually need some working and tweaking around with gears and such to make it descent or at least useful.

But the rest of the time, I'm just "meh, less effort = better skill"....Wut? I'm lazy.

Maybe devs should exchange skills. Give swords "Phantom blade" and give DS "Rampage".

 

what does it do exactly? the description is too broad, i can't figure out the exact effect. i only know it gave you boost damage on autos.
