Is there a way to effectively use binding strike and tempest in the same combo?

it's best if u use them in separate combos. but u can use it with dmg reduction for lower mp.... try HolyFist> Astute(save)>BindingStrike(smite)>Triggerslash(cons)>Warcry(cons)>impact(cons)>Tempest(smite)>Hardhit(cons)
    Bind dmg 100%
    Tempest dmg 150%

It would have to be one extensive combo to get the best out of both moves obviously, and that's not even taking into account the prorartion, the patterns and aoes of a boss, but it could definitely be done on minibosses such as Metal Stinger if you have good HP. I made a long nuke combo that could kill it in 1 if everything hit hard or wasn't guarded. This was a long while ago though.

Basically all you do is duplicate a save-smite combo, but before adding smite add two consecutives behind it on both moves you'd like to get the power out of.
It works best with mercs. :p

By the way, it's best you utilize them in separate combos if you want the full extent and decent fast combo executions.
It's better to have 2, rather than one long one that may or may not even finish, though of course this possibility exist with any combo, but it heavily tags of course on longer ones. :p

tru but having 1 long combo in boss battles won't help ya out a lot if u get tumbled or flintched.. most efficient way is to me small combos and use them seperatly.. i believe both their dmg would pay off and stand out.

Yeah, I'm against long combos typically in any boss battle. I prefer short combos unless the boss allows more room to be more pugnacious towards it. =P
