"Jin" Balanced speed and dmg a Brawler Build

updated some additional gears,

 

I tried the two combos that you posted in the combo thread:
1)smash>warcry(save)>sonic wave(swift)>impact(cons)>triple kick(smite) >shellbreak(cons) (flinch&tumble lock)
2) 2X autoattack
3)impact>heavy smash(smite)>smash(cons)>shell break (cons) (flinch)
4) If only a small amount of MP is available, repeat Step 2 then 1. If a lot of MP still available, repeat step 2 then 3

This combo is ridiculous. When shellbreak connects, the heavy smash in the next combo deals 10k up to 40k damage. Thanks! I feel like a douche taking up all the ranks after boss fights now lol. Aw well.

Going to stick to these two combos but I was curious about your Flash Blast alternative and it's significance. I am thinking of investing in Godspeed from that skill tree but don't know much about Flashblast even after watching different youtube videos lol.

 

im just using flash blast as a save tag not as a buffer cuz i have godspeed i can use it as save tag with lesser skill points used other than warcry

 

Just started playing a few hours ago and chose knuckle user, trying to find some guide for it and found my way here.
I am a total noob but this 'Jin' build of yours sounds kinda fun and it reminds me of Tekken's Jin kazama.
Any early game tips for me? Anything will be appreciated.

i prefer on using mage as starter since its the easiest class to lvl up.. Then when you reach lvl70 u can make a brawler for much easier way of getting the lvl70 skill (tho flash blast is from lvl90 skill tree)

 

I'd like to point out 2 things- a. ASPD beyond 1100 has next to no effect. in a full agi build, I'd use don yeti. second- eerie has an upgrade-tapir. upgraded eerie gives 10AMPR.

yes, there was a comparison made with a brawler with 2800ASPD and one with 1100ASPD. The difference accounted to about one auto attack in about 15 autos. so even a build with high AMPR will find minimal use. the +100 attack will be an increase of about 10% in damage output, which is quite a lot. worth it imo. you're not making a pure damage build, but it's pretty similar. your flee won't be affected, only ASPD and attack. It's certainly better than ooze(loss of defence) and far better than B.B goblin(loss for crit and a gain in aggro, which spells death against a magic attacker for brawlers). versus eerie(and tapir) it should be tested, that's more of your preference. and if your gears aren't updated, maybe mention the last time it was updated.
anyways, what I'm saying is, try don yeti. you can always sell it later if you don't like it.

 

i already formulated this build and dy is a no no forme.. at3k aspd u can see the motion speed in tkick and heavu smash.. 3k aspd is alot faster than 1k

But shield drops atk speed Sir right? It affects eva too? Is it good if i use light armor or just normal. I cant survive long enough in a boss battle. I really like your build. Thanks in advance for advice.
