Katana as sub weapon

Which stats of katana as sub weapon works with bow?

 

Sub weapon stats don't apply to you i believe, besides the element

Lol yeah, it's an older build. Im trying to work on an updated version of the build right now. The new kyudo with t4 skills is a lot more practical than the t3 one since you can use zantei to prevent attacks from messing up your crossfire.

None of it, nothing, it's like knuckles for the fu builds. You get to use the skills and the bonuses from having katana (like tripling Kairiki's buff time)

Yeah @Komibii is a bro, made the first video showcasing Bowkatana.

You can look at the build I made, it is in my signature, it has a lv3 skills build and a lv4 skills build as well. Just remember Bowkatan is extremely versitile so there are many other things it can do. The two builds I have follow different niches so read carefully, it gets very involved. If you have questions about bowkatana shoot them at me (pun!)

I cannot combine Crossfire with Garyou due to less skill points, so I was thinking whether I should go for Crossfire or Garyou first.
So I'm going for Crossfire type with only buffs and passives of katana skills.
No atk skills of Mononofu skills.
For max stability bow 60% + 20%(255 Dex+157 Str) + 10% from paralysis shot + 10% york's pendent.
Perhaps I can ditch york's pendent if I use bow with 70% stability.

So katana element works with bows?

I'm going to use Recovery skill before using Kairiki Ranshin to remove burn ailment.
I'm wondering if I should get only lvl 1 recovery or lvl 10 is better.
Probably the only difference between lvl 1 and lvl 10 is increase in duration and mp recovery.
Or I can just get Recovery lvl 1 star gem.

 

katanas element doesnt matter, and I would say lv10, decoy + kairiki is amazing for mp battery.
Also, are you use you dont want any mononofu skills? Pulse is a good 1 mp combo starter skill from range.
Also, if you plan on gettng garyou you'll need katana attacking skills for the 10 stacks then snipe for armour break.
To be honest, I dont use recovery but it is useful as stargem if you can get it.

 

some note : burn effect on kairiki not give to much damage and just for 3 or 5 second and damage just around 175-200 i think so put some recovery skill waste your skill point. ( atlast if u use stargem)

well cuz new katana drop from p. ava give over 100 weapon attack +100 crit +10ampr +1k aspd. high aspd and always crit . i m leaveing my bowtana build. hehe...
and all gear i use not use unsheath type cuz garyou non unsheath. and focusing for more crit damage.
more faster ampr and damage. use tenryu spam and garyou as finale skill. even magadachi lvl 5 give 200k damage after tenryu buff
and more stability on katana cuz twohand skill on monfu give bonus on crit damage to. and meikyo buff dont give negative effect on crit damage if katana as main ( sorry if i m worng )
well i still use decoy for more ampr and damage + make my mp infinty. kairiki buff give effect boost ampr to for decoy.

after know this batter focusing on katana damage.
and tenryu buff effect auto attack to well damage up from 2k/hit go to 5k+ or 10k+ /hit
more faster kill then bow katana

bowtana is fun to use and go solo hunting. but now when on your bos run or pt. u cant even use garyou cuz spam skill from another mamber. finale mage atc kill bos faster

 

Damage based on your HP, so you will take around 45% of your HP or so from Kairai

Only works when Katana is main weapon, not sub weapon.

It's fine, we always have people to correct things if needed. Two handed doesnt work as Katana sub, and you dont get the negetive effect on crit damage on Meikyo even when Katana is sub. Doesnt have to be main

umm. i say i m leaving the bowtana build and focusing on katana main build. after telling i get modestia. yeah i post out off topic. from katana as sub but this my opinion after make bowtana to.

i m curious with the futan u build cuz what i know katana cant use knuckel as sub and knuckel cant use katana as a sub.

well i use sonic wave stargem for my opener but. i dont think u can get maximum damage on martial skill cuz u not use knuckel
