Katana comparison

Which one will output better dps
Katana with...
Base atk 90 full crt +B odelon
Or atk 70 full crt +B odelon+ultimate machina
Rest all my gears are unsheathe and its full dex>str build

 

i also want to know about this, if having a 2nd slot makes huge difference or going 1 slot and higher base attack is better.

 

Why not test it out? Hard to say with that large of a difference

 

cuz i am broke and i dont even have a statted katana lol but i want to keep it in mind when i get some money from selling all those freaking summer shells and 3rd anniv weapons apps i am farming

 

I think we need to bump this for someone who willingnto test with their equip

And use good old Math to compute what's best.

OP's question for example:
90 +B = 255 W. Atk, 10% Unsheate
70 +B = 201 W. Atk, 10% Unsheate, 4% SRD

I'll guess the stats because he didn't post it.
Atk = 1500
CD = 240
Unsheate = 26%
SRD = 6%
Tenryuu Max = 16 Skill multiplier, 300 Constant


90 +B
1500 + 255 = 1755
(1755 + 300) * 16 * 2.4 * 1.36 * 1.06 = 113,759

70 +B
1500 + 201 = 1701
(1701 + 300) * 16 * 2.4 * 1.36 * 1.1 = 114,950


Note: Additional attack from Atk+% not included because he didn't state any. Monster Defense and resistance not included also. These two things can affect results and might make the one with the higher attack better.

 

Am using the BS katana one... It has bae stats >.<

DEX % 6
Physical Pierce % 10
Critical Rate 14
Short Range Damage % 6
