Level up fast with new quest. 28,000 exp!!

Do note that BITTER NUTS quest requires the player to be at least level 25.
Also NISEL WOODS quest requires the player to be at least level 27.
Must complete brutal dragon Quest main story to unlock both side quest.

New quest in Sofya town NPC Zono - The Overlook snack

collect 12 bitter nut for 18,000 experience points
bitter nut from Shell Mask(lv23) in Nisel mountains

*Shell mask drops nisel woods too, which can be use for another experience quest.

NPC Yunis in Sofya town - Timber shortage

collect 30 nisel woods for 10,000 experience points
nisel woods from Shell Mask(lv23) in Nisel mountains

Total gain from 2 NPC quest: 28,000 experience points, a much better way to level up compared to S.articles.
Shell mask(lv23) is easy to kill and gives about 40 experience points each.

1.5 hours with a full M.Device Mage Party, and 30 minutes to submit all quests.
Lv.25 - Lv.70, around 4-5 sets, so 8-10hours from 25 to 70 using M.Device Mage as a farmer.
you can start submitting quests for Bitter Nuts at Lv.25,
you can level up your character from Lv.1 to Lv.20 on Debacky and Gepenst Boss, then Lv.20-25 at Forest Wolf Boss
at this point on your Boss Farming, it's best to focus levelling up your combo points.
definitely best to let your main character do the submitting of quests (example your brawler is your main character)
because people these days only accept mages because of efficiency in farming (especially Storm Mages)

Only Timber Shortage unlocks at Lv27.
I had to turn in The Overlooked Snack before, I'm pretty sure this one is at 25 or 26.
(No more free character slots to confirm atm, but if anyone can...)

i'm level 32 and it says "insufficient progress".
does that mean i have to clear some event to get this quest?

my last story quest was defeating the minotaur.
after that i stopped, because the minotaur was 6 levels higher than me.
guess i can continue the adventure now ...

 

It because one of these reasons:
You are under leveled
You don't have enough of the items

Each quest are locked unless you have the lvl needed for the quest or it is something to do with story quest.

 

I suppose you can't deliver Nisel quests because you haven't yet vanished the miasma covering the map in your main quest.

it's done. this was a surprisingly easy quest.
well, the battle against the dragon was a little challenging, but i guess this wasn't necessary to get the quests ...

now my Ninja Mage jumped from Lv32 to 43

as far as i remember is lvl 27 to use nisel wood, and lvl 25 to use bitter nut..
