Spoiler: 3Lock note : MUST READ

There's something that people call 4/5Lock service, but it isn't true. It doesnt exist on the mean time since 3Locks is the only maximum we have right now (proficiency on synthesis lvl 100). We can do the 4/5Lock via sacrificing another extra dye/app for it.
Here's an example : You want a crystal armor with BLACK ABC and keep its appearance. (stats regardless), so counting the choices, BLACK ABC is considered as 3 lock since it needs 3 option,so how do we keep the appearance with only 3lock choices? There's what we call "duplicating/extra" the dyes/app. (always choose the cheapest one, may it be dye or app) You must bring these, 1 Crystal armor app, 1 Black A, 2 Black B, 1 Black C. (its up to you to decide which will be duplicated since its your equipment only 1 dye/equipment MUST be duplicated.)

Step 1. Lock Crystal armor app , Black A, Black B (3locks = 30k)
Step 2. Lock Black B and Black C on a garb.(2locks = 20k)
Step 3. Synthesize the results of step 1 and 2, choosing Crystal armor app, black A, black C. (note that we didn't need to lock the black b cause it's already black B on default on result by having both garbs the same black B)
And there you have it, a simple explanation of how does fake-4Lock works.

On fake-5locks, you need to duplicate twice, meaning you have to duplicate either 2pcs of dye/1dye + 1app. Lets make the crystal armor that we fake- 4lock the same example, but now we'll be going for Crystal armor app, BLACK ABC, and stats ( Counting it on lock choices, = App = 1lock, 3dyes = 3lock, stat= 1lock, overall : 5Lock)

Here's an example. (making the crystal armor that we 4Locked as an example)

Step 1. Lock Black B, Black C, Stats on a random garb. (3locks = 30k)
Step 2. Synthesize step 1 result + the crystal armor app with BLACK ABC locking Crystal armor app, BLACK A, Stats
So again, why did we left the 2 dyes? (black b and c) It's because the crystal armor already has Black ABC, and your extra garb has also black B and C. Meaning, even if you don't lock them you'll be having them as a default dye on the result.(same what we did on fake-4lock, but here we're sacrificing 2dyes, on fake-4Lock its only 1. (3locks = 30k)
