Luck Mages out there!

Hey guys, im a luck mage, level 71. Currently have 80 int and 99 luck. I'm farming Nightmare crystals and getting about 6 stacks/ hour with full storm party.
I was just wondering if i keep leveling my luck, lets say i get it to 160. Will i get a lot more crystals/ hour? or not really.

Just get enough int until you are able to kill nightmare roars in 1 hit and put the rest to luk. Around 110 - 120int or until you have around 800-900matk

 

yeah i know, but that doesn't answer my question thanks for answering though! i just want to know if you should be getting more crystals/hour if you have a lot more luck.

However it is not recommended to get so much luck dat it affects your killing power...
If you are not able to 1 shot the roars in 1 storm tick, it adversely affects your parties killing rate and ultimately your own drop rate as well, offsetting any possible advantages that the increase in luck might bring.
(basically if you're not able to 1shot, it means most of the time another party member is finishing off your mobs = you don't contribute to the party and yourself with additional kills)

I am using 97int, 180luck @level 100 to 1hit roars in 1 storm tick and i have to use specialised equipment and skills for this stat spread to work.
I'm pretty sure dats about the max/lowest u can get.

 

Wow xex! That's a lot of stat points (280 around for lvl 100)! How did you get so many lol! And what are your specialized equipment?

Get all emblems for stat points ( u can check the forum wiki under the emblems section)

Equipment
- Knuckles on Primary: Light Element, +10% to dark, Matk +5% knuckle (Refined to +9)
- MD on secondary: any, choose the look u like...
- Armour: +10% to dark, Matk +6%
Skills required
- Staff Mastery Level 10
Combo
- Must use storm (smite)

 

Wouldnt your storm be smaller if you use knuckles on main? .u.

 

M.D on secondary gives u the M.D AOE
Knuckles basically gives u better matk over M.D as primary

(but ironically, using knuckles gets u kicked out from many parties or ppl just enter and immediately leave your party...)

 

:0 i thought it was like staff+md, even tho md is in secondary the storm remained smaller like the one on the staff

 

Dat only applies to the staff+MD combo.
On all other weapon combos, wearing MD as secondary gives u larger AOE for magic spells

 

What is matk?

 

I have 120int nd 15for luk at lvl 60 but why can't i one hit nightmare roars? is my stat builds wrong?

 

Magic Attack... The stat which determines how much damage your magic skills deal.

Tbh, I hate being in PT with luck mage. Most of these pts use storm and take 2 hits!

Then it cancels out my storm when I get hit by all these half HP roars.

So I use impact-storm-wall and ppl get pissy cause I'm not doing just storm... But I have to clean up their mess first.

*Rant over* haha.

 

120 int is good and the rest is luck. Yup it increases.. 160 int vs 120 int and the rest is luck makes around 1 stak up to 1 and half stak difference per hour.

 

but 120int doesnt do one hit in roars. does it have something to do with my lvl?

 

mine is 120int , 15luk at lvl 60 .

Magic Mastery max
Impact (lv. 7 ok )

♪Wear int 7% matk 7% armor.
♪Epuip good MD.

1 hit storm to rawrs.

PS: I only have 110 INT and the rest goes LUK and that semi luk mage is only level 63.
I don't choose full luck because Its so embarrassing to totally depend on my party members. I feel bad because while they do killing, I am here sitting and leeching.
