Luck Mages out there!

always go full luck mage,
the spawn points never increases anyway no matter if you 1 hit 2 hit or 3 hit roars
better if you increase guard rate or increase cspd to not get your storms interrupted

 

I usually 1 hit them, what is your skill distribution?
Here's my Equips:
Empress Soul - int7%matk7% sloted - mp150 - +E
Killer Coat - int7%matak7% sloted - mp150 - +E
Silver necklace NPC - Sloted - mp150
Philosophers Ring Sloted - mp150
With this, you should have a strong farming mage that could accomplish or instant 1 kill all enemies that are being farmed with impact and storm.

To add additional Farming goodness to your mage add +10 skill points to drop rate and +10 to process to avoid switching from one character to another.
Max out the passive for magic skills both under the magic skill tree and the assist skill tree.
Again, this is my farming mage, it is only good for farming and nothing else, it cant be used for Boss fights as I play 2H for that. Hope this helps you. 120 is the best int, 100 is kinda short, 120 would make sure they are all 1 hit!

Each level adds 1 more matk.
however that doesn't seem to be your problem (you should have more matk than me)
what equipment combo are you using?

 

Im currently usng only the MD, Irogeon with 17atk. Will it be best to have two weapons?

 

U really need crafted equips (both body and armour) to be able to 1hit at around 110-120 int.

edit: using 2 weapons doesn't increase your matk, so dun misunderstand. I used the knuckle for dmg, md for the aoe. most people will just use a properly crafted and refined Md with a properly crafted arm

 

You know Irogeon is a Dark element MD and Nightmare Roars are Dark element, right?
If you fight fire mobs do you attack them with fire?
If you fight water mobs do you attack them with water?
No... you attack them with their elemental counterpart.

 

Lol at all these ppl having matk 7% and Int 7% on their equip... Pretty sure not all of us can afford that! Hahah. I sure can't!

 

Just to point out, you can even add those stats to an Adventurer's Garb of pot 34+. That's why "all these ppl having matk 7% and int 7%" is a thing. You could pause the laughing and make yourself one.

 

Don't you need to be a refiner for that? At least lvl 70?

 

U need a character with 255 Tec to stat dat.

In any case i just want to add on to Precaria's point.
What u get in any game is simply a reflection of the time and effort put into getting it (not just in toram, but any game for that matter)
If you think others had it easy, maybe it's bcos you din try hard enuff... (it's rude to 'LOL' at others for making the effort...)

- An Adventurer Garb with 35 pot can be had for less den 50k, sometimes less. You can ask a guldie to stat it, or pay for the service.
- A statted one can be found for abt 300k on consignment sometimes (with slot)
- You can make between 100k - 120k spina per hour from selling Revitas (one of the easiest spina making method for low levels)
- If you don't want to make an alchemist, just sell the nectars at 15~20k / stk
- Coryn Autum dyes goes for 10~20k and are easy to get...
- Fallen in Fall goes for 20k+ per stack and are easy to get...

I get the point now. Sorry just a newbie and there's really no info inside the game if you're fighting with what kind of element mob right? not unless u search it deeply in the web. Or if you can give me list of mobs and their elems it would be much appreciated. ^^

 

Imo its prolly better to go full luck and just pretend ur hurtin the roars, not like somebody gonna be watchin ur dps and even if they do.... I doubt it'll matter since there's still 4 storms being cast XD

 

Until you realise that everybody's like you and pretending to hit the roars, hoping somebody else will do it...

just wanna add this :

u need around 1300+matk to 1 hit nroar with smited storm (mdev)

and around 1500+matk to 1 hit nroar with storm(cons) combo

 

Wrong.
You only need approx. 900 matk for smited storm to 1hit nroar
1300 matk to kill nroar without smite in 1 hit
