luk or tec??

i wanted to ask is it better to use a refine on tec or luk?? ive seen a thread in here with someone using full tec but what about luk?? i got curious today and wanted to get some ppls thoughts on the subject.

 

I use both.Luk is mainly low success rate but high anti degradation rate,Tec is better success rate.

 

how do u use both?? two different characters id assume. lol. silly me. luk is low success rate?? um im feeling confused by this. is that like to up the refinement from one level to the next?? jst wanting to be clear in my head is all

 

Full tech is used to do 0-B refine because of higher success rate.
While full luck is used to do +A/+B
The reason why is because regardless of full tech or full luck the success rate for all ores is 1% only.
But full luck has less chance to drop to lower refine than full tech so it is prefered.

All ore gives 1% success rate for refining +a and +s. Then I can use cheapest ore for those
