    M21 Build Guide
    Snipe
    has been the most debatable skill in the game since it was added, it was definitely a 'nerf-breaking'. No more bullpoop : smoke dust, paralysis shot and sneak attack

    In this guide I present M21 . To be a good sniper you don't need the best equipment, but to be the best sniper you need strategy. Let's move on to the build!

    Requirements:
    - Be level 70 or above.
    - Achieve all skill point emblems.
    - Read EVERYTHING carefully before using your skill points.

    *After battles switch the bowgun to a staff for faster charging (set it as shortcut).

    Combo
    'Fast Death':

    Impact > Snipe (smite) > Moeba Shot (cons)
    [Snipe Damage: 150% / MP cost: 400 / CP used: 4]
    Nicknamed 'Fast Death', it head shots bosses with <30k hp and guarantees you Attacker, Breaker and Tank ranks.
    A short and sweet combo, it trips balls and ensures the combo flows through
    No 'bs' once again, like flinching/tumbling/knock-back from #annoyingbosses to interrupt you


    Equipment

    Elemental: 1st Anniv Bowgun III +E^: [Element], Damage to Element +11%, ATK +4% (ATK+% depends on the Potential)
    Weapon xtals: Pillar Golem


    Sub-weapon

    Elemental Arrows
    (Tempest, Ice, Fire & Ceramic). Elements do +25% more damage to their counterparts.

    Standard stats for M21 armor:
    Damage to Element +11%, ATK +7%, C.Rate +11
    Armor xtal: Jade Raptor

    Dragon Horns ~ ◇Warmonger

    Adroid Warrior Bangle ~ Metal Stinger


    *Every 5 STR points add +1 base Critical Damage & every 20 STR points add +1% Stability.

    If u have smash at lvl10 u could end ur combo with a short ranged skill, preferably holyfist so snipe will get a chance to do 10% extra dmg due to smash if ur out of range for holyfist not to proc

    Also skills are 160+ when lvl cap and achieve all emblems:/

    Para short is not a bs skill it is needed to give valueable stability buff to snipe coz bowguns have retardedly low stability.

    Para shot adds stability, which is useful. Smoke dust can blind= garuntees snipe will land.

    Smoke Dust's Blind will make your target blind only :V What on earth could you mean by "guarantees snipe will land"? Blind only guarantees a chance that your blinded target dont land their attacks on any members of the PT, depending on the boss' own hit/accuracy stat (which we don't get to see).

    Pretty sure they added the ability for Snipe to be guaranteed to hit on blind targets a while ago. Also pretty sure Smoke Dust does provide a 10 second buff to accuracy for the user.

    If this is the case, it is the skill itself, Smoke Dust that gives that accuracy buff, and not the status ailment 'blind'. Coz if "'Blind' = guarantee to hit target" was true, non-crit Spinning Slash would not proc so many misses vs bosses like Forestia.

    @Neon Saif he literally destroyed @Precaria Ulti Sniper in the worst possible way.
    1. Why stop dex at 211 and then push str already for CD when the only crate in your equips comes from c11 on arm and warmonger only》white numbers will only be on terms with tank Snipers and Crit happens less than it could so at least make elemental weapons ele,ele+11%, atk7%, c11 and max dex first then str
    2. Fast death combo: supposed to guarantee attack, break and tank rank and otk for bosses <30k HP: just lol, as @BK. already mentioned with holy fist in combo u could have 10% more dps and since moeba break ability and damage raises with skill level 1+ is a bit useless against all These "bs" users having it at 5 by nature, and tank through this combo when every 1mp combo with smoke dust save generates more aggro by nature, how? And ofc 30k HP line for otk bosses? Seriously Td as last boss is at 695k HP atm even Decel has 53k as one of the first bosses overall and we shall believe that this is the one and only god combo for everything?
    3.How you do 6 digit snipes when your missing dex3 tali for extra 400mp?U did not mention potions at all so your Limit is 1100mp and even with constant qd procs u cannot exceed 5 digit snipes at best
    4. Sub weapon lacks Twilight dragon arrow
    5. We have a total of 163 skill points available so whats the point of making +signs after moeba and smash when you have spare points to max them, skill List is also incomplete ( bullseye missing as prequisite for snipe) and u might wanna try a calculator too

    @FsIV , congrats on ur build ^^

    BUT...

    This build is not a "5 star(★★★★★)" build

    1) u used Jade xtal for armour= u have around 2k ish hp (u r squishy)

    2) Let me tell u a little about the bs skills that u (dropped/didn't bother to use)
    i)Sniper combos generate alot of aggro (as u have only 2k hp), its better to ignore aggro.. thats where "sneak skill" can help u
    ii) lvl10 paralysis shot gives u 10% stab
    iii) smoke dust gives u accuracy

    3) ur combo cost is 400 mp.. on stronger bosses, this build is doomed..
    Reason: i doubt the boss will die after 1 or 2 snipes (from u), also not to mention, that the boss might [guard/dodge/evade]..And, as u have lvl1 mp recharge, it will take around 16 secs to get 400 mp back (from mp recharge).

    I think these reasons are enough to verify that this build is not a "5 star (★★★★★)" build..

    I just realized that, the stats that u recommended for ur weapon and armour to have is " Damage to element+11%",
    i guess that means.. 1 (weapon/armour) for each element..
    [There are total 6 elements in total]
    Btw as we cant pick 1 element to be superior than the rest, we should treat all elemental equipments equally.. So, does that mean, we should get the recommended xtals (for weapon&armour) for each of the elemental weapon & armour?!

    This build is really expensive (i must say)

    It's unfortunate, but I agree with this part of the guide actually. As it's where DPS should be aiming towards. He doesn't include the progressive steps towards getting there though. Or explains why some players should do this.

    1.) Start with crate/crate%/cdmg%/ect weapon/armor for your all rounder set. This will allow players to deal with all bosses in a respectable manner. This negates the need for an optimized set on bosses you don't need them for.

    2.) Choose the elements correct for you and the current patch.

    There will always be at least 1 or 2 superior elements depending on the current state of the game and what the player wants to hunt. At one point Earth and Fire monsters were all that you would face. Making Water and Fire elements fantastic. Right now Inza and Twilight Dragon make Neutral elememt all round weapons and Wind Elemental weapons very worthwhile as a dps. If you don't like hunting those, you can always choose 2 other elements that you farm very often as well. Getting 6 is not at all nessacary or recommended if you can't afford to do so.

    3.) Use unslotted cheap armors to make cheap elemental weapons/armor. The xtal isn't needed to outdamage an all rounder weapon. If you need Roga to survive a boss fight, just use your Roga all rounder armor and an elemental weapon. It will outdamage your standard more often than not. (assuming same refinement)
