mage full luk refiner?

hi guys
i just learn that refining from B-S u need full luck
and i do have lv 135 mage with full luk with some sp left
i heard that the only skill u need is "refine equipment" and u only need it at lv 1


my question is, why is that? what happen if i level it up to lv 10? also what happen if i level up the skill branch for it?
do i really only need this single skill at lv 1 to be able to refine B-S?
i hope someone who has experience can tell me

Even if you max all 3 the success rate is still 1% which is the same as just putting 1 point in the first refine skill

 

if youre also thinking of using a luk refiner to earn, be prepared to cash out on a lot of spina. its a high risk high reward spina earner and you initially need to spend millions of spina to gain more, break even or go bankrupt.

nah, im doing this for my tank shits, most of the meta equipment for tank is untradeable, so i have to do this myself =(
also want to try atleast getting something to +S wanna know how that feelz
for earning i just scam sololo, ezpz

 

Does luk still effect anti degrade rate ? A guild member seems to think its no longer works for refining to S+ is this a lie ? LOL

 

It still works but it doesn't prevent degradation so your guild member assumes it isn't working because they are having really bad rng luck.
