What do you mean by white Mage class? You mean the light element?

If you mean white as in.. light element, you can use lollipop staff or crystal wing magic device. And for water element you can use water staff or the magic device that you can get from mauez (boss) i forgot the name -.-

Lots o' damage, you say? Well, there's only one thing that I know about dps mages, you see: and it's that you're going to want to go full int

    More than just ideas...
As a Mage, or DPS (damage per second, basically an offensive "class") in general, you use the best weapon you have with an element advantage. Even then, the more elite mages (you'll get there) hardly need an element advantage because they already destroy every boss in he game, so far, (with the exception of Stone Gigant and Arcoiris) quickly; an element advantage would be overkill.

That said, the only thing I can tell you is to build full INT for stats in order to get high damage; More specific questions will result in more specific answers.
