Mage speedcast build

Soo ughhh I wanna try this build out which im still making up in my head and not in reality yet, can anyone check up on it
Soo here it goes
Armor:t.dress int 7 matk 7 (iconos)
Sub weap:arrow
Weap:vulcan staff(int, cspd, matk stats that require low pot)(imitacia(
Add:nightcap(sunlight potum)
Spechilo ring(scrader)

Its more on cpsd build so what'd you think?

 

It only takes 1k cspd to achieve 50% reduction , meanwhile it takes more than 5k cspd to achieve 100% casting time reduction.
In my opinion , there's no need to go way over 1k cspd just to get extra cspd reduction as the scaling of reduction per point of cspd gets much more worst above the 1k cspd mark. You'll end up sacrificing quite alot.
Once you get on 1k cspd (if possible with the help of starlight potio) ,you can take this chance to invest on other stats which could boost your overall performance.
