As for flash blast:

• This skill will either make or break the party especially if that person is stupid enough to create a toxic combo which can lead to a toxic run overall.

• However, if used by someone who knows how proration works, with enough tests, it can be a really good source of damage imo.

As for cross parry:

• I really don't use this skill but all I can say is that this skill is buffed. Nothing more.

As for phantom slash:

• The changes are pretty straight-forward, elements from sub will now work with it and the invincibility will now be cancellable.

• And also, that "you can release the invincible mode and go on to the next action" is more of like a grammatical error for "you can cancel the invincibility mode and continue the next skill of your combo" atleast for me personally.

• As for final damage calculation such as short range/long range damage, we need to test it "on-hand" first, from there, we can now give our final judgement.

As for spinning slash:

• This info is weird cause it's already functioning ever since.

It's not a bad skill. It acts like a poor man's Perfect Defense at first, but once you parry successfully, the second buff is basically an enhanced version of War Cry. Its big problem was that it was a very situational skill since that buff only activated if you were hit by a physical attack. It still won't do jack against fractionals but the increased Magic Resistance + the ability to trigger the buff more often fixes that enough for it to be viable... Maybe.

For the first one, that remains to be seen. I've seen a lot of sneaky stuff from devs (e.g. Strike Stab's crit rate penalty), so there's still a good possibility they implement it that way.
As for the second, it's a very simple check.

Fun fact: Spinning Slash is bugged. It was supposed to be a Wind elemental attack (like Phantom is a Dark elemental attack), but the DW's dual element mechanic overrode the element and made it a non-elemental attack (unless you used elements on your main hand or sub hand of course). What I'm guessing is that they will fix the bug, but in exchange give Spinning Slash the Dual Element attribute. In theory it doesn't change anything, but in practice it's a small buff to Spinning: the Dual Element attribute functions pretty much exactly how the DW's dual element mechanic should have AKA Dual Element functions properly even if Damage to Element% equips are used.

Sakura event is already here... At least in Japan cuz it blooms 2 weeks faster than usually so Asobimo staffs are in sakura mode, that's why lvl 4 skills are delayed

Flash blast will not trigger shadowstep, trigger slash, meikyou buffs now but why is astute there too? Does that mean it also won't get the boost from astute and spiral?
