Yes, check the screenshot of the 'sword conversion' skill on the other forum post. Only adds matk for 1h and 2hs. Knux has always been 50% of weapon atk.

On a side note, when tanking/soloing this Ameoba miniboss, the AOE's are quite manageable, but the double auto attacks are really eating through my stash of eb's... Also Ameoba is very proration sensitive, the damage really drops if you use your physical skills in a row. Weaving in auto attacks is a must.

 

Some quick feedback (testing +9 tonfa ns on lvl 76 full agi char against big mask) - crit triple kick is similar damage to non-crit rush. Rush, when it crits, reaches double that damage.

 

Lvl 3 skills are cool and all but imma stick to chariot even w the crit down debuff

Quick question, full str is op but would it be a better idea to invest into secondary DEX after main AGI?
Its not that im worried abt my chariots not critting as the damage is already high enough (and meikyo), im worried abt smash, sonic wave, stun, etc., not critting.
Brawlers dont gain literally any HIT that easy, but with Tyrant, could that be a slightly not bad idea?

 

Yeah im in same idea. Thinking I'll meikyo chariot (long combo) and chance it for rush. Current setup 71% crit.

Im also wondering whats a good stat after agi. dex gives hit+(slight)atk. But considering rest vit to bulk up some more in case I'm unlucky with pdef+dodge.

 

On a side, yet still very relevant, note... this weapon works really well on luk mage. I am getting more matk with it than main anniv vii MD. Still get to keep the MD bonuses as subweapon.

However you may get insta-kicked because they don't believe you're a mage LOL~

 

Percent stats are always calculated using base stats. Flat crit rate will not be decreased. Crit rate gained from % stats will not be decreased. These knuckles take away 25 crit rate without any crit stat. If you have crit stat, this amount is increased because crit stat adds to base crit rate.

Basically personal crit stat (your base 25 and personal stat as well) is null thanks to crit rate -100%

CRIT stat modifies your base crit rate, and since -100% crit rate (being a percentage stat) IS a percent, it is calculated using your base crit rate.

It seemed like everyone was confused still even on later pages

 

Assumign you max dex. You'll get a whopping 80 attack and 175 hit or so.

175 vit = about 10k hp

or you can get 35 more CD. w str

To me, Agi Str or Agi Vit is the best trade off if you're using the tonfas.

Crit +16% on armor would lower it to -84% so you'd still gain 4 crit from base.

Machina Ring(Bexiz & Crit 4) - 9
Crit UP skill - 5

=91(You can get it to 100 if you add 194 on your Crit stat LoL)

Still not enough. I'd just ditch Megi, Bexiz, Crit 4 and just use Meikyou instead.

 

There's still other skills and auto that rely on crit with this build
Cant meikyo every attack

 

In the short term, I'm definitely using Meikyo. Long combo Meikyo-Chariot. Chance it (~70%) with Impact-Rush short combo.
Lvl 75, Tonfa +B ns, impact rush (on crit) did 240k on Big Mask. Not bad at all~

Use meikyo lvl 10 is still best though. Megiston is 10mil on board /:
