Max MP Charge for Mage

Not sure if someone already asked this. Anyone knows whats the max mp charge that can be achieved?
Currently I'm at 300 when doing mp charge and I heard you can reach 400 by acquiring shot skill -> quick draw (lv10). I did this and using the combo for NC farming:
Impact > Storm (smite) > MP Charge (swift)
Storm > MP Charge (swift)
but my mp charge is still at max 300. Do I need to change my combo or am I missing something? Thank you

Quickdraw has a chance to activate for every skill used that consumes mp

So in your case, it'd have separate chances to activate for both impact and storm, recovering 100mp each time it activates, but never for mp charge

At max level, mp charge will also regenerate 300mp regardless of any other factors. Only the charge time varies, per main weapon type, with staff being fastest, md being second middle, and everything else being slow
