I made this thread solely for nerding out about Mecha anime (literally any you can think of), so anyone reading this that likes this genre of anime, go ahead and leave a comment. :3

Have anyone watched Break Blade? I read the manga, and liked the styling.

I'm still waiting on a light novel called Knights and Magic to be adapted to either manga and/or anime. The illustrations in it are all awesome.

 

Mecha anime is pretty rad, though I still haven't gotten around to exploring more of them out there.. x.x I'm tempted go go back and watch the Zoid ones since I haven't seen them since I was a kid, however. *-* <3 Mecha animals.. so cool..

 

@WindSlash I haven't heard of that one before, but it sounds interesting, I'll try watching it if I get the opportunity.

@Lluviasrain indeed. I remember ziods fairly well, and I really liked the whole animal Mecha thing. I think my favorite show back in the day that I watched that had animal mechas was voltron, tho it was probably because I grew up watching that, along with mobile suit gundam. Lotta sentai and real robot shows I liked watching at the time. Lol.

 

@Beyaku4499 I think I watched a few episodes of Voltron but I was really young when I did and couldn't really remember much.. >.< Also, I don't know if they were from Voltron, but I remember of having a couple small mecha animal toys.. one was a black wolf and another was a dinosaur.. If not Voltron, I dunno what.. but they were still really cool, lol. XD I'll have to try watching that, though, and see if it stirs up any memories.

 

I don't think that was from voltron, since the mechs that make up voltron were all tigers, so it was probably something else. Lol. I'm sure they were pretty cool looking tho.

 

Oh man, now I'm hella curious as to what they were.. xD Whatever I watched as a kid had mecha animals but not just tigers.. @.@ Pretty sure I'm going to go mad, now, trying to figure it out.. TuT

Maybe that was even the show I had seen, who knows. >w<

Like the old saying goes, sharing is caring, and when it comes to mechs, I tend to care a little more about what people share.
