Mini's Stun-Gun Build (Gun/Shield) Balanced Tank/DPS

    Hi hii Guys ^^
    This is my first time on writing a build, please be lenient on me *.*. The build is still open for suggestions ^.^
    The focus on this build is to do a aggro while in long as well as close range. The build itself, I believe will be extremely helpful for tanking annoying sliding/teleport bosses such as Twilight Dragon, Pillar Golem, or Ancient Empress. Meanwhile, due to the DEX stat increase both accuracy as well as DPS, Gun/Shield can be designed to be capable of both tanking and dishing out damage :)

    Gameplay Style:
    It is possible to do long-chained combos to dish out a lot of damage, however, because this build should also be able to aggro a fast-moving annoying bosses, I would prefer to divide the combos into several short-chain, so that this build can act according to the immediate situation.     Agile Bosses Set
    This set is intended for battle with short-mid time duration, like farming bosses (full-break) for its materials. For Gem Battle, you may want to use Girlish Aggro Set instead.

    Moeba/Assault Attack --> Impact (save) --> Snipe (smite) --> Shell Break (consec)
    MP: 100, CP: 6
    Commentary: Infinite DPS Combo

    Impact --> Snipe (smite) --> Smash/holyfist (consec) --> Shell Break (consec)
    MP: 400, CP: 4~6
    Commentary: Burst DPS Combo, use when your MP is full due to Shell Break. Add Shell Break (consec) when you decide to discard 3rd combo.

    There's a saying.. a proper girl should not chase after boys.. Actually, I don't really agreed, but, here's for those who believe.

    This build is intended to suit girl's taste perfectly. Mommy always prepares for the next moves. Most of the combos are ended in impact, to proc a 200mp combo initiator or to manually use Recovery and/or Sanctuary with less MP. This set is intended for a long-run engangement with the boss ^~^


    Moeba--> Smoke Dust (save) --> Paralyze Shot (consec) --> Snipe (smite) --> Impact (consec)

    MP: 100, CP: 8

    Commentary: Semi-Infinite DPS, Preparatory combo. Chance for blind debuff, which ensures 100% hit-rate for snipe


    Shield Cannon --> Guardian (save) --> Sanctuary (swift) --> Impact (swift)

    MP: 100/200, CP: 6

    Commentary: Longest Range Aggro Combo. Spam when he tries to cheat on you ^~^


    Impact --> Snipe (smite) --> Shield Cannon (consec) --> Shell Break (consec)

    MP: 300/400, CP: 6

    Commentary: Burst DPS Combo, used when he want to come near to pick you up, but you are not in the mood.


    or, if you feel lacking MP (Mini Point) and opportunity to use normal attack, use this combo instead


    Assault Attack --> Smoke Dust(save) --> Shell Break (swift) --> Impact (swift)

    MP: 100, CP: 6

    Commentary: I chase you, I break you Combo. Imagine a time when you hate his behavior so much that you want to blind him, punch him, and make him fall down :confused:.

    My biggest concern is the gears/equipments but I guess its ok if you just started out.
    Theres really not much to point out. It will be great when capped.
    Glad that finally someone else taking interest in bg + shield, I thought I was alone :D

    I found a colleagues xD. Yep, it was very rare to see bowgun/shield build atm, i dont know why tho.
    MMMM, I was so poor at the moment to afford a nice gear xD. For cap level, my suggestion is as follows tho

    Weapon:
    Atk+7%, Dex+7%, Cdmg+12, Crit+12
    Imitator

    Shield:
    Dark General's Shield (+30% aggro)

    Armor:
    Atk+7%, Dex+7%, Crit+12
    Jade Raptor/Roga

    Add:
    Yummy Dango (+30% HP, at lv125 with 82 vit, it will add around 2k HP)
    or
    One-Winged Headband (+400 ASPD, +30 Acc, +4 Dex)

    Special:
    Knight Talisman (+25% Aggro)
    or
    Time Warp Watch (+1000 ASPD, for faster combos/proration)

    I also used to use shield when i had my snipe, only because arrow didnt really give any major benefits

    You might wanna try getting revolver from sg and gothic hat as well to increase your crit rate as from my experience some bosses on nightmare mode will dodge all attacks even if you are full dex.

    Even ask buddy bk for some help(high five) slightly different with arm. Question.would it be possible.for this build not to have provoke?since u already have guardian.thanks @mayam @BK
    And having magic arrow(hunter skills) will benefit in this build.due to it ampr?

    I think you can do without provoke as you already have shot skills to aggro from long distance. Magic arrow only adds 5ampr but it is also the only skill that gives ampr for archer/gunner so you can decide if its worth spending 20sp.

    Im slightly intrested nw with parry skill before p def.but will test something first.since i already have pdef ^^ any calculations to which number of hp can cap that 2k hp return from pdef?

    It heals 10% maxHP so 20k HP will cap the 2k heal. My tank has just about 20-23k hp to cap that since I use rose in mouth instead of nure mask.

    Owowow, i see. Mm, the way you use past tense o.o,, it seems that snipe now had exceedingly becomes unpopular :confused:

    I used past tense because i deleted it last year, snipe really isnt for me because of my current builds being stronger and not as mp heavy as snipe
