My Toram is making an unknown error?

I was logging on today and got this message:
Error,
Failed to download because of unstable network. Download again after restarting the app.

It was working fine yesterday... and in case ya'll wondering I already restarted the app and my router. The only thing I haven't done is reinstallation, but I just wanted to know if anyone else has ever gotten this error and if so, how'd ya fix it?

It's doing the exact same thing to me too. And I was playing just last night and it was fine... come on here to also see if anyone had a resolution to this problem.
