Need A Full Guide On Mages

Most guides nowadays are capped for lv 150. I would like there a guide from 1-150. These are the questions I have
1. What skills should I use / max (not consisting of tier 4 skills) ?
2. What are the combos I should be aware of (not consisting of tier 4 skills) ?
3. What equipment should I aim for ?
4. What's the fastest way to level up to 150 ?
5. What xtal should I focus on getting ?
6. What boss should I farm for shield / arrow ?
I would like there to be an end goal. That end goal is Magic: Finale. I don't want to mess up a build then use my book of oblivion or re stat.
Yes I am new so don't tell me there are a lot of guides out there. I tried looking for some and most are tier 4 skills or outdated.

 

1. Mage dps is not that good because it has annoying requirements like not getting hit while casting or making sure the boss stays in one place to get full storm dmg. Even if you stun, that's only one guranteed storm every 30 seconds. But the best dps is storm and arrows pre lv4. Also, get stun skills or others might kick you out. I think it would be better to be a support semi tank mage, using skills like shield bash, bless, advanced bless(at lv125) and brave aura to increase the attack of your allies.
2. Simple impact>storm(smite)>ender(1 or 2mp skill with consecutive tag) works well.
3. Get something with int+7% matk+7% and int+# or something with element.
4. The fastest way is ultimate bosses, but you are unlikely to find a good pt for those, and they have millions of hp. So just do norm/hard/nm bosses or minibosses. Search your level on coryn club, you'll find monsters good for your level.
5. Xtals are expensive, better get good gear first, and it's harder to refine if the equipment has a slot.
6. For arrow I'm not sure, they chimera arrow, but it's a decently hard farm. For shield, I see lots of people using a zahhak shield, but idk why.
