need help..1h sword&shield or SwordFu

Guys I need advice, I'm currently lvl 45. and my character is 1h sword type, however, I can't decide which should I build for him if 1h sword & shield or Swordfu. It's currently on pure STR on stats. Unfortunately, I have already used the reset stat book too early so I don't have a chance to reset it again -_- (big mistake). Which should I choose since my build is pure STR? Oh and btw I'm currently just using blade skill at this moment since I have no Idea for the build lol and will have the skill reset book in few hours of gameplay. Any advice/suggestion is much appreciated. Thank you in Advance

We can easily give you a quick advice either sword shield or swordfu but that would be deciding for you and you might soon regret it. ^_^
