Need help dex main stats solo skills

Umm.. Idk how to put this but i am making a Dex(i know int gives more dmg but i love the cspd) solo skill ele staffs mage(debuffs on boss mainly) i need help with its skill distribution
(Arrow secondary prefered)

I would recommend going 1/2INT, 1/2DEX instead of full DEX so that you can still deal damage. You should try to get Quick Aura for the ASPD boost so that you can use your autos to prorate (you won't have to whan you are in party though). A lot of people usually look at DEX mages as being a bit of noobish since they can't deal as much damage as full INT, but I have a 1/2INT, 1/2DEX mage and it works great for soloing (without revitas at that too, but you'll need Bless & Mini Heal).

 

How do i distribution the stats at each lvl since we get 2points per lvl ^^

 

You only need 1000cspd after 1000 it hardly reduces any cast time.
Example:- Arrows is 2sec cast time at 0cspd. At 1000cspd it becomes 1sec that is -50% of 2sec.
At 2000cspd it becomes around 0.9sec that is -10% of 1sec.
So 1000cspd is good enough you dont really need more than that, and to get 1000 you need:-
1.) 100dex
2.) Philo Ring
3.) Nightcap
With only 100dex and those gears you can reach 1000 no pot needed either so honestly theres no point to go for full dex.
Full int 100dex is the way to go or even full int rest vit can be good too but you will have to use cspd potion.

Also I dont quite understand your point of debuffs on boss, if you mean ailments then it is no good as ailments in this game are just worst unless you use a gimmicky dps skill like heavy smash, snipe, strike stab.

I recommend half in dex and int, just fill in cast speed or damage with equipments or xtals. I also recommend to get snipe (7-8 stat points) for moving bosses. This is what i have for my mage it maybe a bit long in cast speed but u got dex to boost it, my snipe can kill ganglef 2-3hits at hard. (Lvl 100 mage)
