Need help with my DW

I need help with my dw..
Unfortunately I can't afford to get other skills such as impact etc and should stick with pure dw skills only. Due to emblem purposes.

My question is, is there any possible combo alignment that will only cost 1mp and possibly smited phantom slash?

This is something I've delved into before the whole Rebalancing week back in March enabled me to reset some skills. The quickest way to make 1mp Phantom Slash Smite combo w/o using Impact is getting a Sneak Attack (4mp on non-bow/gun) stargem, and use it as your save bank.

 

But, for me to have that, I should have star gem skill prior sneak right?

Also, I believe that sneak star gem is 10m something

 

Nah, you dont need shot mastery. it's available right away. The only reason it isnt any cheaper is because of Finale.

Only other alternative would be settling for a 2mp PhantomSlash Smite combo, using Charge Slash as save bank. Another idea is to keep ShadowStep Lv2 and use it as save bank, but I'm guessing that's already not an option.
