Need suggestions/advice XDXD

Hello there!! Hmm so I'm planning to make a mage with 3k matk and 10k HP. I need help about everything because I was really confused XD and I've been thinking of a good combo for a whole day but it's like meh to me, considering the sensitivity of the bosses and my action speed coz I have very low cspd(casting) and aspd( prorating).

Combos in my mind:
Long Range:
Arrow>Javelin(save)>impact(cons)>storm(smite)> shield Cannon(cons)
Hmm.. I took shield cannon to stun the boss at the range of 12m so that I can use finale while it was stunned XD

Finale:
Impact>Finale(smite)>Shield Cannon(cons)
I don't use holy fist that's why XD

Now I was still thinking of adding Magic Burst but it's really hard to put in a combo coz I need to use at least 8 magic skills before I can instant cast it. And maybe it's not that important to add.. XD

Hmm.. About the xtals, I chose guignol in additional equipment because of the 5%matk and the -175 aspd and cspd won't hurt that much since I can counter it with a cspd potions. About the Ancient Empress xtal, I don't want it coz of the -20% short range damage because what if the boss came near to me while casting the finale, and I'm still thinking of making a short range high damage combo>.<

Also I was thinking if I should disregard Gloria and give the sp to Protection and Aegis coz I saw in a thread that those 2 are better.

Then about the battle skills I don't know if I should add sp on those, coz I believe matk up and increased energy only add flat mark that is less than a hundred XD. Dunnoo..

Huhu pls anyone teach meh, any suggestions or advice or what ahahah, I really want a shield mage even tho wearing a shield makes u ugly XD and I wanted to be good in gem runs and also to be an alternative tank in case a party needs one XD

 

Anyone know abit faster combo where I can use finale in a low mp cost?XD

I'm pretty sure u got your equips 2s and has matk stats on your Avas. Rip hahahaha I need to wait for 2years before I get those. Huhu sad but that doesn't suit in my play style as a mage >.< coz I wanted it to be multi purpose like Dealing high damage while tanking XD. And btw ty for the info that finale isn't affected by srd and lrd, that saved me from buying another guignol XD

May i know if what stat of ava are you using? XD

 

I would get rid of the battle skills and get brave aura from support tree.
It is direct +20% damage boost. The accuracy reduction doesnt matter at all for mages.
It will get removed when you take hit but trust me. Battle skills only give 70 matk total which is hardly 1% damage lost on finale.

Since you use storm/arrows. I do not suggest queen staff as it will make their charge time 10sec+
About aspd dont bother coz your attacks will just miss.

As for burst I like it as well but damage wise its not that great so kinda skippable. Tho if you still want to use it: Have 1000cspd and then it will only need 4 skills to have insta cast. Use it if you want to feel different and unique from the impact finale crowd.

Again the -20% short range damage from empress only applies to burst. If you decide not to use it empress is still usable as it doesnt affect arrows/storm/finale.

I do not recommend tanking with mage unless you dont mind finale getting canceled everytime. Guardian and pdef are a must at this point if you are looking to tank.

It only generates 400 aggro once when casted. The aggro generated while party being near is unique to guardian.

 

Ooh I see I thought before it's the same like guardian, but I can lessen the aggro that it generates if I will put it in the middle of the combo with cons right?

 

Pretty sure its stated in skills thread: all aura skills are uncomboable.

Even if comboable, i'm not sure cons will decrease aggro on mp. Hence impact finale still gives 18mp aggro somewhat

Arrows>Sneak(save)>QuickAura(swift)>Reflex(swift)>ShieldCannon(cons)>impact(cons)>finale(smite)>holyfist(cons)

Fast, 12mp or 10mp cost? Using 14cp

Finale will generate aggro per second right? If it does, this will consume all the sneak's capability to hide attacks?

 

I would get rid of Bless and Gloria (it's very meh as a skill at least no Enhanced Bless and Gloria is easily outdone by Guardian / rip aggro though)
Change Sheild Cannon for Shield Bash - all that HP but your ages away XD
And lastly get Holy Fist either as star gem or skill - good ender

So now 20Sp spare -
can either get Guardian or Perfect.Defence to tank and add survivability (unsure of how much sp needed probably need more but hey rejig ?)
Lastly may be Sheild Passives Magical and Force Shield give 500HP each at Lvl.10 so 1000 HP altogether

Just my personal preference but still not bad pretty average build you got it, used it a lot for a while till I realised some things I mentioned above

 

Durations need to be confirm in the skills thread sorry. Just in case if i blabber something wrong again ja.

Arrows and sneak are super slow, use it at ur own peril.

Also u put 3 skills before impact smite, no need for that just 2 skills is enough.

Also ur combo is 5mp, for 2mp combo u need arrow skills but u lose the shield. For shield best is 3mp with guardian but make sure no1 is in the radius (or keep at lv1)

 

Wait Brave Aura works for Magic Attacks ! You sure !?
