Never got my albus wings

Why im not getting my albus wings i pre-registered my account and i never received the wings the only thing i got is the crown and the cape

that's a question you need to contact asobimo directly about - http://en.toram.jp/contact iirc albus registration codes were sent out back in like June 2015. it's now 3 years later. if you didn't get it then. i doubt you'd get it now.
