Newbie chat question

How do you squelch/block spam in Shout? That constant free orb shout from SYSTEM makes shout unusable to me, so I have it turned off.

 

open the chat log (drag it upwards), tap the character name and select "block chat" from the menu.
make sure you hit the right one, because i don't know if it is possible to undo it

 

Its possible to undo a Block, just gotta find the blocked person, tap their char to open the options and tap Block again, a confirmation box will pop-up asking you whether you'd like to unblock that person, tap Yes to unblock them. o/

 

That worked, thanks! Now I can at least see all the other players spam. ; )
