the time mage uses staff and daggers with AGI stats for dodge and light armor for evasion.
the skillset is geared towards mp regeneration, speeding up yourself, slowing enemies, damage over time and healing over time.
it's inspired by the first time mage job from final fantasy.

the fairy king uses a magic device and is focused on atk/matk and dodge/evasion.
since there aren't many sub skills for MDs, it uses every magic skill available.

both have similar stats and equipment, but very different skill sets because of their different weapons =(^.^)=

Can you explain the rest of them, now I'm curious x.x
I like dagger mages and mine might be similar to that time mage. I wanted to use agi but needed Dex for cspd and matk. Idk if the devil horns actually give a good boost for it, it has matk up by agi and +20% dodge.

If all those sub classes can be meta or accepted at random party and can be efficient and effective to reach certain goals, it will be interesting to make all of them.

Also, can you pls explain hermit and sage? Im curious..

i wanted to avoid explaining all of them :p
there are even more possible variations, those are just the ones most distinct from each other.
    here goes:

    Black Mage:
inspired by final fantasy's black mage -> offensive magic and status ailments.
use staff and arrow, focused on matk.
shot skills are just for combo fillers and ailments.
if you want them to deal more damage, raise STR.

    Time Mage:
    already explained above :p

    Sage:
inspired by final fantasy's sage -> uses black and white magic
staff and shield, there are 2 ways to utilize the shield.
the defensive variant uses VIT for maximum toughness.
the offensive variant uses STR to hit hard with Guard Strike.
priest skills are preferred over support skills, to raise guard rate with Gloria.

    Hermit:
a monk type mage with staff and knuckles.
    martial skills have great utility.
you can use STR for damage or AGI for the skill bonus, although the atk and stability increase from STR is probably more effective.

    Fairy King:
    already explained above :p

    Spellblade:
magic swordsman with 1h sword and MD.
focused on atk and matk. power is lower than other classes, but has well balanced skills. very flexible in combat.

    Rapid-Fire Magician:
bowgun and MD, geared towards speed.
    *pew pew pew*

    Muscle Wizard:
a Mage with M (the M stands for muscle)
    knuckles and MD, allrounder.
low atk, but strong magic. maximum stability and various effects.

I don't want to be offensive, but, I would like to warn everyone that some of @Red_Fox suggested builds are theoretical in nature and has never been openly tested... If your low on budget and aim for ranks a standard carbon-copy build you can find anywhere is easier to handle, but if your just looking for pure fun with no care for ranks or super rich that you can build and discard anytime, then feel free to dabble in them
