    How to lvling pet fast?
    What lv pet need to fusion is best?(because when fusion finish i cant lv up it)
    And what happen with stat (left and right) when pet's fusion is finished?

    Leveling fast -
    Get 100% Affinity,
    Feed High Grade pet food and hope you get +% Exp gain,
    grind on mobs level +-30 of your pet's level.

    Fusion -
    Max level of fusioned pet = (1st pet's level + 2nd pet's level/ 2) + 1
    So yeah it is always best to fuse max leveled pets.

    Stats(weapon,skill,nature)-
    You can only select 1 that will be kept, the other 2 would be random.
