Petition to add option to remove censor?

Because, to be honest, it's ridiculous. lmao I think we should decide if we're mature enough to handle big bad words like "hebe" and "japs". I know Beemo doesn't bother with petitions, mostly, but it wouldn't hurt to make one. Anyone else agree?

Especially when you say, "that its" and get's censored is kind of.. annoying because you'd have to say it again separately. e.e

 

I agree to an extent because like Mac said, some words your forced to say on separate lines like that it's and the best.

 

I think there should be no word censoring at all, the game is already rated Teen and there is always the option to Block Chat.

 

Well, no censoring at all might be excessive as even a game that's rated M(like archeage) has a censor. However, AA had an option to remove the censor for yourself in the settings. 9/10 people did, and those who didn't weren't aware they could. And if you think about it, plenty of people get around the censor anyway by using symbols(how many vaginas have you seen running around? Lol)

So I do agree with you, but I think it should be optional.

I think the game should do this. When you start playing it will automatically have censor. ( if only they made the words actually worth censoring though. Seriously they censor "the best" but not "ass" ) Then when you get to maybe LVL 40 you can unlock censor.

 

Personally, I hate any form of censoring words for any type of reason especially on-line. My opinion is if some one is being a bother just block them, the block feature exist for a reason. Words on-line I find are generally very meaningless and should always be consider with a grain of salt. So while the petition is meaningless the sentiment is not. Hell, Me and @NUT2Fast call each other harsh names all the time in guild chat and in public, but at the end of the day there just words. Often, people call each other various of other nasty things, but as stated there just words.

Sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me lel.

Yea I got chat ban twice for it
