Punish Ray & CSPD...

    Hey guys i tested today the Charge time of Pray with different cspd.

    700 CSPD = 1.19 sec
    1200 CSPD = 0.93 sec
    1700 CSPD = 0.88 sec

    So my question is, why is the -Charge time from 1.2k-1.7k so small?

    Used Half Face Mask,TD arm & starlight pot

    Its so small coz they dont want you to make punish ray instant cast so easily ._.
    It will become insta cast at prolly 5k+ cspd.
    So for now its not worth getting more than 1k cspd as theres hardly much difference after that.

    as mayam said its since it allows u to 100% crit right? .. they wouldnt really wanna make it that easy for instant lol ... yeah mine cspd is 1300 but 1k is good enough i guess..not much diff in cspd

    Yeah i tough i can make a Pray build with very low Charge time but nvermind...I think i stay at full cr

    that would be ab better option lol.... i switched my punishray halberd to full crit for spamming. Way better choice and faster dps
