Question about luk

Hello everyone! My name is Midoree, one of the noobs in this world.
I've learned from this forum that farming is one of the ways to make money.
That's why I made a lukmage. ^_^
This may sound a stupid question, but I hope someone can answer!
When someone has luk, and in a party, does he affect other pt members, or only applies to himself?
Some said it doesn't affect others and only affects your own char, but some told that when someone's luk, he shares good drop with his members too.
Any answer will be appreciated!

It only apply to themselves, so it's funny to see how they advertise their luck character. ^_^

2. luk also reduces the effect in refinement of degration xp

 

I see. thought it helps. There were times I would look for pt members with luk cos of that!

This question has been asked 73974 times and the answer is it doesnt affect party, it is called PERSONAL STAT for a reason.

How bout the droprate skill? Also personal or sharable? Just wondering, since there are sumthing more than just luk that makes farm mages specifically group together.

 

Like any other stat it only affects urself. (Imagine ppl shouting for full Dex DPS because they want to raise their own atk?)

All passive skills do not affect others.

Well,since the other already said it all,about personal stat(Luk)well, i only spamming at here(can i read a basic guide for scamming)

 

It's...because they're farm mages...they're designed to farm in locations that allow for the ability to easily kill a mob with your boosted LUK for drops. There is nothing else needed from the character other than for them to farm mats as fast as possible. That typically means. Very low INT, very high LUK. There's no utility needed past that as everyone has the same goal in mind. Kill as much as possible as fast possible with the highest drop rate increase possible. This is why you see them only grouped up in farming areas with weak monsters. Since they provide absolutely nothing anywhere else.

 

If you are getting better drop rates when grouped with luk farmers than with non luk farmers it may be that they are simply players who are more efficient at farming.

 

Agree 200% since im lukmage myself, so i know how hard it is on particularly though mob.

 

lel i start this debate with every "lfp full storm luck" i see in emp tomb. Gotta have something help pass the time xD but yea, if Crit isn't boosting the whole parties crit rate, why would luck work differently? There is no way to increase you other pt members drop rates outside of holy gems.

 

Luk Mage basically is a leecher.....farm pova still ok, for nc will ignore them.
