Question about sub-weapon.

I'm new here, just wondering if the sub-weapon damage is also applied to skill damage? (eg. 300 main / 500 sub) vs ( 500 main / 300 sub).
also, in a sub-weapon who has bonus effects, (eg. stats, % stats, element, etc) which bonus only applies.

 

Sub weapon attack only applies to autos and DW skills. Right now, there's been a rebalance to DW skill damage and nobody bothered to check the difference so it's hard to say.
The only custom stat that applies from a sub weapon 1H is the element, and only if:
1) Your main hand doesn't already have an element
2) You are using an auto or a DW skill
And for both, Phantom Slash is the only exception to this rule (it only uses main hand damage and element).

 

seeing that sword and dw skills have different modifiers, does that mean that sword techniques only applies at sword skills and not dual wield skills?
