Question 'bout Hybrid Between Alchemist n Pet Tamer

Recently i just make a new char(pet tamer) but i want to hybrid it with Alchemy class too(just for making potion tho-) (・ε・｀)
So, just to the point, what hidden stat that's compatible for this char, is it tech again or wut? N for the alche skill should i take all the buff skill?
(Kinda new to these two class)

and in terms of "hidden compatibility" i remember seeing that there are no stats tied to tamer aside from tamer skills.

however regarding the skill Pet Heal or pet mp i recall seeing someone say that staff increases the amount/ If i'm wrong i apologize , so dont hold my word on that new to the tamer world as well
