question BS proefficiency

    I have just created new BS, this char has very low BS efficiency yet can create high class equipment due to the fact that it has 255 tec status.

    However when I create high class equipment like mozt armor, it failed many times.

    Would the low bs efficiency level affects the success rate when create high class equipment?

    Yes. Low proficiency will result in a lot of fails. Save your spina or mats and craft cheap throwaway gear you don't mind processing or gifting to grow your proficiency.
