When doing pet fusion are these three features pulled from the parents? or are they random just like when taming? How would go about getting a specific combination on latter generations?

It is not random on fusion. All attributes came from parent pets. The ones that are not chosen is GAMBLED 50/50 between the attributes of the parent pet. Of course pet dyes is not included to be gambled on this process since you have to pay a big deal for this. The pet dye is attached to the app of your pet so pay attention when fusing pets. You can mold your pet as you fuse on with other pets, and create your own pedigree.

I hear that u r soppused to max the parents skill lv first (like proficeincy 100% or something) before fusing...which i didnt do. ANd is it normal that lv drops when fusing?

    Thx >.<

    The fusion formula is
((Pet1 current level+ pet2 current level)รท2)+1= fused pet max level
So it is better to level cap your pet before you even think of fusion. It also makes your desired pet have more level as you use high level fusion fodders as you go.

Inherited skills from parent pet will/can never level up after fusion. But you can fuse a pet that have max skill level on the next fusion just in case you missed it on the first try. Of course any inherited skills gained from fusion can never be re-learned during the dicipline process. So you may need to have a skill recipient(yah like organ transplant but no knives) on the next fusion. Every pet attributes can be molded and built like lego bricks during fusion. You just need to have similar pets(not nessesarily similar in level mind you, get a highest possible pet you find) to easily weed out those undesirable traits.
