Yes ,thats him ..Well ,i saw his shout at Sofya City sell refine service. Then ,i give my Katana to get refine from him ,then suddenly he log out and never log in back. That time is 20:13. Tomorrow morning i log in Toram ,but still ,he still in my party(basically he is not yet log in). So that night ,i log in ,he already left the party ,so yeah ,im very frustated been scam.

Refine service is so risky with xtal equiped in equipment.
That happened most on 2s too. And I'm glad if you didn't put spina first (pay first). That would be more troublesome.
