I mean you can offer the service to ur guildie ? Plus i wouldn't say the character is rusting a slot, you can synthesize potions with it which is really useful..

Tech helps difficulty so yeah it helps make almost any item both for a blacksmith and a syth(lil sad didn't accept friend wequest)

My question is moreso... do blacksmiths normally go full TECH? I recall like they go full... whatever equip they're making?

 

Depending on what type blacksmith
For items with one stat it's 10stat points= 1pot while secondary stats work as 20Stat points =1pot (ex. MD 100int+20agi= +6pot)
Tech= Stater
1hs/bow= Dex250+ Str
Bow Gun- Dex 250
Armor= Vit 250
Staff = Int 250
MD = 250int + Agi
Knuckle's = 250 Agi
2h = Str
Halberd = Str+ Ago
Katana should be Str+Agi I think or Dex not sure
