s1 problem

    cant connect stuck at loading.
    u can play before maintenance now i cant.

    may i ask which device u use?
    ( idk, it might be a possiblity that toram is reacting like this to certain phones / phone brands )

    ( Btw, according to what i could assess after seeing the ss that u posted
    It got to be an internet problem !! )

    after the MT 3/30/2017 this is what happen. i already tried uninstall and re-install still the same.

    Hello guys im also experiencing that error now, after the maintenance last march 29 this year, i cant login untill now i try possible ways to fix it but nothings happend , i clear cached,reinstall and install the game even my android phone i reset it and ussually that error is still there.. Someone help plss..

    It would seem that after the March 29th maintenance people when attempting to either enter or are playing the game will receive the following Download Error message....

    Download Error

    Failed to download the files. Please check your Internet connection and try again. If it fails several times, please delete the resource cash from the button at the bottom of the screen. (Error Code: S-1)

    However, and there is more. As someone stated this error appeared after the March 29th Maintenance Cycle. While people reported the error and the need for assistance. I saw no posting which reported other necessary information which would be helpful for a possible resolution. I will start with the information which I know of below...

    1. I have a iPhone 5 which currently has iOS version 10.3.1
    2. I know that the error message appears during the game initial data download and when it displays the status message "Downloading New Data"
    3. I know that when the message appears and after you press the OK button two left and right bottom screen buttons appear. The left clears the cache data. The right just restarts the application.
    4. I also know that cache is spelled wrong in the error message LOL... sorry though I through that in there being that it was actually spelled cash in the error.
    5. I know that restarting the application using the right button and clearing the cache with the left button does not resolve the issue.
    6. I know that removing the application and then reinstalling it does not resolve the issue.
    7. I know that it's not an issue with data connection or speed since other programs are working with the same connection and since the game was working before with the same phone ISP.
    If I was to take an educated guess I would say that there was a change in the way the file information is pushed to the devices via server setting or change in the code with the way the information is parsed to the device.

    My question would be....

    1. Has this been reported to the development team as of yet?
    2. If they are aware of it have they given us a ETA on when the issue would be resolved or even if they are looking into the issue?
    I will be eagerly awaiting a reply, and thanks for listening.

    Thank you for your response. I submitted the issue to them using the wording I described in my post. I check and saw nothing on this issue either in their bug report listing on their official site or Facebook.

    Before coming here I actually reported it through their Facebook page first on March 30th. No response and it's now April 5th.
    If I hear anything from them then I will share.

    I received a reply back from ASOBIMO the support team around 4:00 AM this morning....

    The Good News:
    The good news is that they will correct the spelling bug in their dialog from "cash" to "cache" in the next maintenance cycle.

    The Bad News:
    Don't count on them even attempting to troubleshoot the issue as they will only do this with devices they recommend. Furthermore, according to their Q&A they cannot guarantee the game will work or keep working on a device with minimal specifications or devices which fall under certain conditions which I have listed below.
    Even if the iOS is upgradeable for the iPhone 5 which I have and is listed on their recommendations. they won't even look at it because my processor is a Apple 6 and not a Apple 7 as recommended.

    Their answer to me as far s support goes was to acquire a device which they recommend. My guess is that is their way of getting out of support for devices which are phase out of the market and have reached their EOL (End Of Life) Cycle in the developer's eyes.

    Their Recommendations:

    ----- Recommended Requirements for Android -----
    OS: Android 4.3 or higher
    CPU: Quad-core or higher
    RAM: 2GB or more
    Internet Connection: Wi-Fi (ADSL10Mbps or more)
    ----- Recommended Requirements iOS -----
    OS: iOS 7.0 or higher
    CPU:Apple A7 or higher
    RAM:1GB or more
    Internet Connection: Wi-Fi (ADSL10Mbps or more)

    Their Notes:
    *We cannot guarantee that the app runs on the devices that are not supported by manufacturers or retailers even if they meet the recommended requirements.
    *We cannot guarantee that the app runs if you are using the apps that are not supported by manufacturers or retailers on your device.
    *We cannot guarantee that the app runs if you are using the apps that root your device.
    *We cannot guarantee that the app runs if you are using emulated environment.
    *We cannot guarantee that the app runs if it is not installed in the internal storage on your device.
    *Only Android devices with ARM processors are supported.
    *SAMSUNG Galaxy series are not supported due to the unfixable screen glitches that occur on these devices.
    *More amount of RAM stated in the recommended requirements can be needed depending on the resolution of your device.

    Welp it seems its impossible for me to login on ios as maximum wifi speed we can get here is 4-5mbps

    I am sorry to hear that. As for me personaly I will be contacting them again to see if I can get a refund on the Orbs that I purchased but have not used yet since I am not in a position to get another device any time soon. But to use their phrase "I cannot guarantee that I will asking for my refund right away". LOL

    Also, keep in mind that Recommended Settings dose not mean that something won't go wrong. All it means is that these are the conditions they tested the game in and it worked for the testers 100% of the time without any foreseeable issues. Below the standard maybe 90% of the time, and below those standards maybe it works and maybe it don't. The answer to that is usually the latter.
