Seeking help. Transferring idevice

    So without saying to much
    I’ll had my account for a very long time from around 2013 maybe even earlier but now I have a new device still using old one to play toram but I have forgotten my email account and can not log in to it anymore but can still play from older device on Toram
    Anyway around this as I’m stuck?
