Skill for luk refiner

    Do we really need to max all refining skill or just this one skill(lv.1)?

    I mean,+A and +S only have 1% success rate right? So maybe it's ok for only taking that skill..

    I think as things are currently it's just personal preference. Some max all 3 and others just use that 1 skill point but no one has tested if either is more effective that I know of.
