Is this will effect in the whole party specifically the "decrease attack power" or it'll just effect on the caster?

The defensive buff is for your party, and the decrease atk is jst you. So it's good skill for tanks

That means they are foooolllll
Giving them defensive buff while your dmg decreases greatly at lv1...and they kick you because they think their dmg decreased even though it's just their character's build

To use bless well, you honestly need to have a staff equipped and have full int. Since the heal amount increases with MATK and further increases with INT in the case that a staff is equipped.

I am also waiting for priest skills level 3, but the current skills are not bad at all if used correctly.

Gloria (defensive buff, especially for shield tanks or porcupines)
Holy Fist (combo opener/filler, decent damage skill depending on stats, magic-knuckle potential?*)
Holy Light (Short Cast, Light Element Magic Damage, Good Range, magic-knuckle potential?*)

*The new Ice Knuckle that raises attack on INT

Typical Priest should have :
Heal (CHECK), Status Up Def (CHECK), Attack skill (CHECK), Status Up Atk (???), Status Up Hit,Eva(???) Ailment Cure(???), Revival(???), Badass Mega Laser Beeaammm(???)

sup bow, any details on halberd?

 

Flash Stab does 2x damage with Halberd and 1h Sword.

Deadly Spear does the same, but with high critical rate and some def pierce, it has 1s charge time though.

Cannon Spear does 1 hit for half damage and then throws the spear for double damage. it reaches 8m behind the target and is 4m wide (2m to each side).

Punish Ray has 12m range and a 2s cast time. it does neutral element magic damage equal to 2x attack. the critical rate of the next skill will increase. (same with 1h sword)

Quick Aura takes 10% hp and increase attack speed by 500 + a little extra.
guess the extra is 1% per skill level...

War Cry of Struggle costs 100mp and recovers 110mp after 1s charge time.
if your hp is below 50% it recovers 200mp.
just like MP Charge, the charge time reduces with skill level and the reovered mp increases.
if you don't have a halberd equipped, the charge time becomes 2s longer.
1h swords only need 1s longer.

halberd attacks have 4m range with halberd and 2m with 1h sword.
