Slotted Pendulum(cri +5) could be possible from quest?

I saw the slotted pendulum. The item could be got from quest?

I think not, or possibly yes.
No one has dare tried to turn in a Quest with an Equipment that has a possibility of being slotted as a reward for multiple Times.
Although you can try and get a Misanga(500 MP, 1% Crit Rate) from Yunis, Iron Plates on Mud, with only 99x Dented Iron Plates.

 

equipment rewards from quests are always non slotted and with basic atk/def value.
the only exceptions are unique items like Zono's Bow or Tricorn and random random rewards like Forf's latest quest which gives a random weapon.
Misanga is an exception from the exception: while it is a unique item, it is only available with basic values.

 

Forf's which quest?? Maybe I'll try it. Random is fun.
