Sniper equip stats debate

My friend and i are having a debate on which is better stats to put on player crafted bow for snipers

Build: lvl 145, dex 255, crit 60, str the rest
No xtals or slots on all equips (yet!)

Weapon stats my opinion: a7cccd14 (i honestly dont know why atk beside that its good coz its atk, and also this is the most common stats i see on bows)
Armor stats my opinion: full crit cccd14cd7 (again, most common stats ive seen on players. If ever i change my equip i want to be able to sell it so i dont custom too differently from others and i believe full crit is good?)

His opinion weapon: d7%cccd14 (he said the added dex is better since not much was added for attack coz im not pure str my base atk isnt that high)
His opinion armor: d7%cccd14 (same reasoning that i would not benefit much on cdmg% so better get all the dex i can)

If you would please help me understand which one is better and why, i would appreciate it so much! Toram is my first mmo been playing 2 months i still cant get the way it works
He is older than me so i want to retort in a nice way that he can fully accept and understand, or if he is right i would like to tell him why
