Sober Analysis affecting ampr in dw?

I know it gives some good amount of mp per a definite time interval without doing auto attacks(don't know the actual amount), but does it affect in ampr with auto attacks?
if yes, then how much per lvl?

 

Sober analysis gives you an effect that regenerates some of your mp passively every 3 seconds, but the healing amount is low and that makes it highly uneffective in most situations, though equipping things that give mp regeneration stats should help.

 

it does not affect ampr in any way.
but it applies 10% of your natural mp regen during combat.

xtalls help in ampr ik that but i thought if i max short rest and sober analysis i'll get extra ampr, still it'll be a waste of sp tho.
