Someone help a noob!!

SORRY IF THIS IS IN WRONG TOPIC, IDK WHERE ELSE TO WRITE THIS!! ;__; AND SORRY MY BAD ENGLISH!!!

Okie, I have played Toram some weeks now, so I'm still a noob. I hope someone would ask my questions : D

1. Beginning in the game, i chose staff for my character. Does that mean my char will be automatically mage, or do I have to do something else?

2. I want my char be mage, so does she have to fight with staff or can she fight with bow, but still be mage?

3. If that is possible, how should my stats look like?

4. I have heard I can have own blacksmith and synthesist character (?) How??

1.you are automatically mage, unless you want to go hybrid(shield mage,arrow mage,etc).
2.storm which is used for farming can only be used by staff/magic device. Not sure if bow can use magic arrow etc.
3. Theres guides and builds on mages in class section of forum some even shows you thee dmg and skills in game.

4.need character slots/farming materials to raise its proficency so you can make better equipment. There are blacksmith/alchemist skills at the library which lets you learn those skills. Skills costs spina.

You can cast magic as any class. It just counts as you casting with no weapon equipped (barehanded)
Casting magic with a rod/staff boosts the spell's magic damage and cast speed, while magic devices ("wings") boosts the spell's effective radius (for AoEs like Wall, Blast and Storm) along with the cast speed.
